How can I return my order?

How long does return processing and refund take?

Once our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund within 14 working days.

I am not satisfied with my order, what should I do now?

In this case, we ask you to report this to our customer service. It is best to contact us via info@lalounithelabel.com, send photos directly. We will process your message within 48 hours and offer you a suitable solution.

What are the return conditions?

The items you want to return must be registered in our returns portal within 14 days of receipt. The items you want to return must not be worn and must have all tags in the current packaging. The items have not been worn and have no signs of wear. 

Can I exchange items for a different size item?

We currently do not (yet) offer the option to exchange items for a different size or a different item. If you wish to receive a different size item, we advise you to return the items. If the return shipment meets our return conditions, we will refund the purchase price. You can then place a new order for the failed item yourself.

Can I return SALE items?

If the SALE items meet our return guidelines, you have the option to return them. After receiving and processing your return, we will refund the purchase price.

My return has still not been processed, what now?

It is wise to always keep your proof of postage carefully until you hear from us that your return request is being processed. Until we have received your return, you as the sender of the package are responsible for the shipping. That is why we advise you to follow the track and trace information. If you have any questions about your return, we will ask you for proof of postage.
